Cooper Hong Earns MarCom Awards for Two Clients

St. Charles-based firm wins national awards for marketing and communication excellence
ST CHARLES, Ill. (Nov. 1, 2016) – Cooper Hong Inc. (CHI), a full-service brand development, marketing communications and public relations firm based in St. Charles, Ill., received two MarCom Awards for marketing communications projects developed in the past year.
CHI earned a Gold MarCom Award for its work on a corporate brand brochure for Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, and an Honorable Mention or the redesign of the website for Supply-Chain Services, Inc.
Sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, the international MarCom Awards program recognizes outstanding creative achievement by marketing and communication professionals, advertising agencies and PR firms. In 2016, more than 6,000 entries were submitted by corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers from around the world.

Gold Award – Hyundai CE Americas brochure
The agency earned a MarCom Gold Award for the design and content development of a new, 16-page capabilities brochure for Norcross, Ga.-based Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment and forklifts for the North American market. Featuring an array of photos and easy-to-read text in a clean, inviting format, the brochure includes information about the edge provided by Hyundai Construction Equipment’s people, technology, leadership and product and parts support. CHI provided strategic consultation, copywriting and design.
Honorable Mention – SSI website
CHI also received a MarCom Honorable Mention for the redesign of a search-optimized website for Supply-Chain Services, Inc., a full-service supply chain management company, based in Lombard, Ill., that provides lifecycle asset-management, electronics-recycling and data destruction solutions to manufacturers, corporations and institutions. The website, which is responsive for viewing on smartphones and tablets, incorporates new branding, also developed by CHI, as well as an improved user experience through better organization and functionality.
