MarCom Awards Recognize Cooper Hong’s Work for Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas and Ironworks

St. Charles-based firm receives three top honors for client work
ST CHARLES, Ill. (Nov. 7, 2017) – Cooper Hong Inc. (CHI), a brand development and public relations firm, has earned three 2017 MarCom Awards for marketing communications projects developed during the past year.
On behalf of its clients at Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment and forklifts for the North American market, CHI received a Gold MarCom Award for its work on a full-line product poster that folds down to pocket size, and a MarCom Honorable Mention for a Hyundai “bellyband ad.” CHI also earned an Honorable Mention for its graphic design work on the website for Ironworks LLC, a heavy-equipment cost management software suite that will give the contractors who use it a clear advantage over those who don’t.

Sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, the international MarCom Awards program recognizes outstanding creative achievement by marketing and communication professionals, advertising agencies and PR firms. In 2017, more than 6,000 entries were submitted by corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers from around the world.
Roughly 20 percent of entries in the global competition win the Gold Award, while another 10 percent of entries earn an Honorable Mention. The program’s judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as an industry benchmark.
