Challenge

Case Construction Equipment wanted to launch a new graphic look/feel (developed by CHI) across all of its marketing communications materials—literature, Web, direct mail, advertising and more. The company needed to establish guidelines that would be sensitive to cross-cultural variations while helping communication team members around the globe apply the brand and the new graphic treatment consistently.

Solution

Cooper Hong Inc. worked with Case to prepare a brand book that not only defined when and how to use the Case brand mark but also showcased the new graphic treatment and provided clarification on the essence of the Case brand—its customer base and its history. The brand book is available to employees and dealers online and in printed form.

Results

The Case Brand Book earned a MarCom Platinum Award.
