Challenge

Create a memorable, recognizable version of Charles T. Fox, a mascot already associated with the city of St. Charles, and incorporate him into advertising and other materials designed to promote downtown activities.

Solution

One of CHI’s graphic designers illustrated a colorful cartoon version of Charles that can be outfitted for every occasion, whether it’s a Christmas light pageant or St. Charles’ popular Scarecrow Fest.
