To remind customers and prospects of the continuing features that customers cite when indicating why they choose Jetstream waterblasters.
Solution
CHI prepared an ad that showcases the key reasons customers cite for choosing Jetstream: that the equipment is easy to operate and easy to maintain, and the company is easy to deal with. In addition to the ad, CHI prepared a two-part Jetstream “Easy” direct mail campaign and a micro-Web site.
